A coaching engagement lasts between three months and nine months depending on the coaching objectives. It can be broken down into two phases.
Phase 1 between 3-6 months
The first three months to six months are intensive and include
- liaison with key stakeholders
- psychometric assessments (e.g Hogan +360) debrief and scoping of the coaching agenda
- four coaching sessions lasting up to two hours with telephone follow up and unlimited Skype support
Phase 2 between 6-9 months
The coaching is less intensive but still includes unlimited Skype coaching plus three face to face coaching sessions (typically monthly).
